Khi khách hàng giao task về cho cả đội dự án. Sau đó PM sẽ giao việc về cho test team - là team mà tôi đang trực tiếp tham gia . Khi nhận task về việc đầu tiên của tôi là đọc hiểu yêu cầu của khách hàng. Sau đó sẽ bắt đầu viết test case . Team lead sẽ review test case của tôi và tôi sẽ update lại theo góp ý chỉnh sửa của team lead. Công việc sẽ được lặp lại vài lần đến khi cho ra 1 bản TC hoàn chỉnh. Sau đó Dev sẽ gởi bản build và tôi sẽ bắt đầu test và tìm bug. Nếu có bug tôi sẽ raise lên hệ thống Jira và Dev sẽ fix. Sau đó tôi sẽ thực hiện test quy hồi và close bug.

When the customer assigned task for the team project. Then am going to assigning this to test team-the team that I'm directly involved. When the task of reading comprehension is my first demand of the customers. It will then begin to write test case. The team lead will review test case and I will update again in the edit comments of the team lead. The work will be repeated several times to produce a complete TC. After that Dev will mail a build and I will start to test and find a bug. If there is a bug that I will raise up the Jira system and Dev will fix. Then I will make a test return rules and close the bug.
