Ngay khi các Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượn

Ngay khi các Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng được cho là hoàn thành, Các Bên Bán sẽ thông báo bằng văn bản cho Bên Mua về việc hoàn thành Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng. Trong thời hạn 03 (ba) ngày làm việc từ ngày nhận được văn bản thông báo của Các Bên Bán, Bên Mua sẽ cùng với Các Bên Bán kiểm tra và trong trường hợp Các Bên thống nhất rằng Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng đã được hoàn thành, Các Bên sẽ tiến hành ký kết Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng.

As soon as the Transfer Conditions are to be fulfilled, The Seller shall notify in writing to the buyer on completion of Assignment Conditions. within 3 (three) working days from the date of the written notice of The Seller, the buyer will together with The Seller and check in case the parties agree that the conditions of assignment has been completed , The parties will proceed with the contract of assignment.

Results (English) 2:

As soon as the transfer conditions are to be completed, the Seller will be notified in writing to the Purchaser on completion of transfer conditions. Within three (03) working days from receipt of the written notice by the Seller, the Buyer with the Seller will inspect and, if the parties agreed that the conditions for transfer have been completed , The Parties shall enter Transfer Agreement.
