- Hợp Đồng này được soạn thảo và thực thi theo luật pháp của Việt Nam. Hợp Đồng được lập thành 04 (bốn) bản bằng tiếng Việt- Anh. Mỗi bên giữ 2 (hai) bản. Bất kỳ điều bất hợp lệ, phản đối hoặc không đồng ý nào đối với điều khoản và điều kiện của Hợp Đồng này phải được gởi và nhận bằng văn bản trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày kể từ ngày của Hợp Đồng, với điều kiện các điều khoản và điều kiện đó được chấp nhận.
- Bất kỳ việc khiếu kiện, tranh chấp nào xảy ra trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp Đồng này phải được thông báo cho Bên còn lại bằng văn bản. Hai bên sẽ thương thảo để giải quyết tranh chấp. Trường hợp tranh chấp không được hòa giải, thì hai bên sẽ chỉ định phía thứ ba để làm trọng tài hòa giải. Nếu trọng tài hòa giải vẫn không giải quyết được tranh chấp của hai bên thì có thể đưa vấn đề tranh chấp ra giải quyết tại Trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế Việt Nam, tại Phòng thương mại và công nghiệp Việt Nam.Phán quyết của trọng tài là phân xử cuối cùng và chi phí phân xử sẽ do bên thua kiện chịu.
- Bất cứ điều kiện hay điều khoản nào của Hợp Đồng này mà trở nên vô hiệu lực hoặc không bị ràng buộc trách nhiệm sẽ chỉ bị giới hạn trong phạm vi của điều kiện hay điều khoản đó mà hoàn toàn không làm ảnh hưởng đến hiệu lực của các điều kiện và điều khoản còn lại trong Hợp Đồng

-This Contract is drafted and enforced according to the laws of Vietnam. Contracts are established 04 (four) copies by Vietnamese-English. Each side hold the 2 (two) copies. Any valid objections, any thing or do not agree to the terms and conditions of this contract have to be sent and received in writing within 10 (ten) days from the date of the contract, provided that the terms and conditions that are acceptable.-Any complaints, disputes would occur in the course of performing this Contract must be notified to the remaining Party in writing. The two parties will negotiate to resolve the dispute. The case of disputes are not settled, the two sides will appoint the third arbitrator to do reconciliation. If arbitration mediation still doesn't resolve the dispute of the two parties can put the problem out disputes resolved in Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, at the Chamber of Commerce and industry in Vietnam. The ruling of the arbitrator is final and arbitration costs will do the party lose.-Any condition or provision of this agreement which become disabled or not bound the liability will only be limited in the scope of that provision or condition that totally does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions in the contract
