2.1. Bố trí thiết kế vị trí lưu kho hợp lý, quản lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật về lưu kho bao gồm: nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, môi trường…. theo các quy định GSP, GDP, WHO và của Bộ ngành liên quan,....
2.2. Kiểm kê, xác nhận, xuất hóa đơn chứng từ và lưu trữ trên hệ thống, sổ sách thông tin về lượng hàng (nguyên vật liệu, thành phẩm, bao bì, phụ liệu, vật tư) lưu kho, xuất nhập kho
2.3. Phối hợp với Kế toán kho – Phòng Tài chính Kế toán, đơn vị kiểm toán độc lập,hàng tồn kho định kỳ
2.4. Chủ trì và phối hợp với phòng Cơ điện lên lịch và thực hiện bảo hành, bảo trì thiết bị máy móc phục vụ công tác lưu kho
