NB sau Phẫu thuật điều trị UTĐTT có mở HMNT (tạm thời/vĩnh viễn) đều phải học cách tự quản lý sức khoẻ và chăm sóc HMNT.
Việc tự quản lý sức khoẻ của NB phụ thuộc nhiều yếu tố trong đó sự hướng dẫn của nhân viên y tế rất quan trọng, đặc biệt là vai trò của người điều dưỡng.
Hiện nay Chúng tôi chưa tìm thấy nghiên cứu nào ở BV Chợ Rẫy đánh giá về Hiệu quả của việc thực hiện chương trình Giaó Dục Sức Khoẻ chăm sóc HMNT của ĐD đối với NB tại Bệnh viện.
Do đó chúng tôi đề xuất thực hiện nghiên cứu này.

NB after the surgery treatment of UTĐTT have open HMNT (temporary/permanent) must learn how to self-manage HMNT care and health.The self-management of health NB depends many factors among which the guidance of the medical staff are important, especially the role of the nurse.At present we have not found any research in the Cho Ray HOSPITAL reviews of the effectiveness of the implementation of the program Health Education Giaó health care NURSE's HMNT for NB in the hospital.Therefore we suggest performing this study.
