- Giảm nhập siêu các loại sản phẩm này và với vị trí địa lý thuận lợi cho việc xuất khẩu. Dự án sẽ hướng tới thi trường xuất khẩu sang nước Lào và Mianma, tạo ra nguồn thu ngoại tệ không nhỏ cho toàn ngành kinh tế Việt Nam.
- Khi dự án đi vào hoạt động sẽ tạo được một khối lượng việc làm lớn cho lao động địa phương

a. Phạm vi phân tích tài chính.
