Đối với yêu cầu này của tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008, công ty chỉ áp dụng cho một quá trình chính, đó là quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình (quá trình đặc biệt). Để đảm bảo chất lượng của các hạng mục công trình, công ty tổ chức đánh giá năng lực của quá trình này thông qua cách thức sau:
- Xác định chuẩn mực cần thiết để làm cơ sở xem xét và đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm;
- Đánh giá năng lực của các nhân sự và trang thiết bị được huy động, sự phù hợp của phương pháp hoặc chất lượng của các vật tư được sử dụng cho quá trình thực hiện dự án đầu tư;
- Sử dụng các phương pháp đánh giá phù hợp;
- Lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ về kết quả xác nhận năng lực nhân sự (ví dụ các chứng chỉ có liên quan của nhân sự thuộc các tổ chức tư vấn thiết kế, tư vấn giám sát và nhà thầu thi công), phương pháp (các quy trình có liên quan), trang thiết bị (biên bản kiểm tra thiết bị thi công), kết quả thẩm định (hồ sơ thiết kế), kết quả thử nghiệm (các các mô hình), hồ sơ về kết quả thí nghiệm vật liệu được sử dụng.
Trong trường hợp cần thiết, công ty có thể thuê một tổ chức giám định chất lượng công trình độc lập và có uy tín để tiến hành xác nhận giá trị sử dụng của các hạng mục công trình đã hoàn thành.

With regard to this requirement of the ISO 9001:2008, the company applied for a process, which is managing the project construction works (special process). To ensure the quality of the projects, the company organized the capacity assessment of this process through the following ways:-Determine the necessary standards to serve as a basis to review and assess the quality of products;-Assess the capacity of the personnel and the equipment to be mobilized, the suitability of the methods or the quality of the materials used for the process of implementation of investment projects;-Use appropriate evaluation methods;-Store the full record of the results confirms the personnel capacity (for example the relevant certificate of HR consulting organizations in the design, supervision and construction contractors), method (related processes), equipment (minutes of test construction equipment) assessment results, (profile design), test results (the models), records of the results of experiments in materials used.In case of need, the company can hire a quality inspection organization of independent work and reputation to proceed to confirm the value in use of the projects completed.

For the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008, the company applied for a primary process, which is managing the investment project construction (special process). To ensure the quality of the construction items, the company organizing capacity assessment of the process through the following ways:
- Identify the necessary standards to provide a basis for consideration and evaluation of product quality ;
- Assessing the capacity of the personnel and equipment were mobilized, the appropriateness of the method or the quality of the materials used for the implementation of investment projects;
- Using method conformity assessment;
- Storage full record of the results confirm the competence of personnel (eg the relevant certificates of the personnel of the organization design consulting, advisory supervision and the contractor public), methods (procedures related), equipment (inspection records construction equipment), evaluation results (design dossier), test results (of the model), Profile of test results used materials.
