Trong trường hợp bên A đơn phương c

Trong trường hợp bên A đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn phân bổ, bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán 1 lần giá trị còn lại cho bên B trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày chấm dứt hợp đồng.
Giá trị còn lại = toàn bộ chi phí tạm ứng – Giá trị đã phân bổ trong suất ăn.
