Bên A có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng khi không có nhu cầu tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ. Trong trường hợp này bên A phải có thông báo trước 30 ngày cho bên B bằng văn bản. Hợp đồng chính thức được chấm dứt hiệu lực kể từ khi bên A và bên B ký vào biên bản thanh lý hợp đồng
