Công ty cổ phần Dược-Thiết bị y tế Đà Nẵng qua nhiều năm vẫn tồn tại phát triển và hòa nhập với nền kinh tế trong nước. Là một loại hình công ty thương mại vừa sản xuất và kinh doanh các sản phẩm tự sản xuất hay mua vào từ các nhà cung cấp trong nước hay nhập từ nước ngoài. Công ty đã có phương pháp quản lý kinh doanh phù hợp và sử dụng máy móc thiết bị tiên tiến phục vụ cho hoạt động của mình.
Qua thời gian thực tập và tìm hiểu tại phòng kế toán tài vụ tại công ty, em thấy rằng công ty có khá nhiều mặt mạnh, bên cạnh đó còn tồn tại những mặt hạn chế làm cho hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính của công ty không cao.
Thông qua việc phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính trong ba năm qua và định hướng cho công ty việc lựa chọn danh mục tối ưu đã cho em thấy rằng : Công ty cần nhanh chóng áp dụng các giải pháp để thực hiện việc cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính trong thời gian tới nhằm đạt đươc vị thế cao hơn và ngày càng khẳng định mình trên thương trường. Việc xây dựng một danh mục đầu tư tối ưu sẽ giúp cho công ty phát triển hơn về mặt tài chính và giảm thiểu rủi ro một cách đáng kể.
Do thời gian và trình độ hiểu biết có hạn, các ý kiến của em nêu ra có thể còn nhiều thiếu sót, rất mong nhận được sự đóng góp ý kiến của của thầy cô, các cô chú trong công ty.
