I. Tôi sẽ nói sơ qua về tình hình dự án Bảo Đại như sau:

1. Hiện tại Khánh Hà đang gần hoàn thành việc thi công hạ tầng cho khu villa, trong vài ngày tới chúng tôi sẽ đổ bê tông cho các đường.

2. Các thiết kế đã bắt đầu triển khai và chuẩn bị thi công khách sạn, villa mẫu.

3. Trong tuần sau chúng tôi có buổi làm việc cuối cùng với đơn vị quản lý khách sạn (alila) trước khi kí hợp đồng.

Cơ bản, mọi việc liên quan đến resort đã hoàn tất.

Thời gian vừa qua, mọi việc tiến triển chậm vì chúng tôi có 1 chút điều chỉnh trong phân kì đầu tư để phù hợp với điều kiện tài chính của Tập đoàn Hà Đô.

II. Về cuộc đua thuyền buồm:

Ms.Dung đã gửi thông tin sơ bộ cho bạn rồi. Về phía bến thuyền của chúng ta đã nhận được sự quan tâm của các thành viên, thủy thủ đoàn và các đối tác. Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ được đón cuộc đua Hongkong-Nhatrang tại Bảo Đại Marina 2017.

III. Về giấy phép bến du thuyền Bảo Đại:

Hiện tại, chính quyền UBND Tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã thụ lý và đang gửi xin ý kiến các ngành chức năng. Đối với nội bộ Tỉnh Khánh Hòa thì nhanh ( họ sẽ có ý kiến trong 1 tuần nữa). Nhưng đây là dự án nằm trong Vịnh Nha Trang, thuộc về di sản Quốc gia, vì vậy chúng tôi phải xin ý kiến Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường và Bộ Văn Hóa thông tin truyền thông (Việc này chúng tôi đã không lường trước được, với công trình trên đất thì không phải xin phép 2 Bộ trên; Công trình trên mặt nước thì có) Do đó việc xin giấy phép này sẽ kéo dài.
