- Nếu Bên A không thực hiện hợp đồng thì ngoài việc Bên A mất 50% giá trị hợp đồng đã thanh toán, Bên A còn chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường các thiệt hại gây ra cho bên B theo tính toán của Bên B.
