Nghĩa vụ bảo mật thông tin:
5.1. Trong quá trình làm việc, bên B có thể tạo ra hoặc biết đến những thông tin bảo mật hoặc thông tin độc quyền hoặc biết đến thông qua trao đổi với người sử dụng lao động hoặc nhân viên khác. Thông tin bảo mật bao gồm:
- Bí mật kinh doanh, công nghệ
- Các chương trình đào tạo
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật
- Thông tin nghiên cứu phát triển sản xuất
- Quy trình, hồ sơ, báo cáo
- Thông tin khách hàng, đối tác
- Các kế hoạch và chiến lược
5.2. Bên B có nghĩa vụ bảo đảm thông tin chỉ được sử dụng cho việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm của Bên B
5.3. Trong trường hợp bên B vi phạm nghĩa vụ bảo mật thông tin, Bên B phải chịu các hình thức xử lý kỷ luật theo nội quy lao động và bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật
