NB điền vào bảng thông tin cá nhân và trả lời các câu hỏi trước và sau khi tham gia chương trình GDSK.
NCV quan sát và chấm điểm quá trình thực hành tự chăm sóc HMNT của NB trước và sau khi tham gia chương trình GDSK.
Biện pháp khắc phục sai số trong nghiên cứu :
Tiến hành nghiên cứu thử nghiệm trên 20% mẫu dân số cần thiết và phân tích số liệu, sau đó hiệu chỉnh lại chương trình GDSK.
Bộ câu hỏi ngắn gọn, rõ ràng, dễ hiểu.
