Để chuẩn bị cho việc thực hiện các cam kết của Việt Nam trong các hiệp định thương mại tự do, việc nghiên cứu về luật đầu tư quốc tế cũng như cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp đầu tư quốc tế, đặc biệt là cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp đầu tư quốc tế giữa nhà đầu tư nước ngoài và chính phủ nước tiếp nhận đầu tư (ISDS) có ý nghĩa rất to lớn.
Trường Đại học Luật Hà Nội phối hợp với Dự án Hỗ trợ thương mại và đầu tư của châu Âu (EU-MUTRAP) tổ chức khóa đào tạo “Pháp luật đầu tư quốc tế và cơ chế giải quyết tranh chấp giữa nhà đầu tư nước ngoài và Chính phủ nước tiếp nhận đầu tư (ISDS)”, từ ngày 10-13/10/2016 (thời gian cụ thể từng ngày xin xem tại lịch trình đính kèm), với sự tham gia của chuyên gia EU và Việt Nam (có phiên dịch).
Khóa đào tạo sẽ có sự tham gia của các chuyên gia pháp luật của các Bộ ngành, giảng viên, luật sư, thẩm phán, kiểm sát viên, trọng tài viên.
