 Trước khi bắt đầu làm việc Tổ trưởng/quản lý phụ liệu phải đi kiểm tra xung quanh khu vực của mình để đảm bảo tất cả hồ sơ giấy tờ, hàng hóa trong kho ở tình trạng bình thường, không có những bất thường.
 Trong thời gian làm việc, tổ trưởng phải luôn ở trong kho để kiểm soát hàng xuất nhập. Bên cạnh đó, phải luôn có nhân viên Bảo vệ túc trực tại Kho để kiểm sóat việc ra vào và bốc dỡ hàng hóa.
 Tất cả hồ sơ phải đúng & được cập nhật, tất cả hàng ra – vào đều phải đăng ký & phải được ghi nhận rõ ràng số phiếu xuất/nhập của công ty.
 Tất cả số liệu phải được điền đúng chỗ, đúng loại chứng từ & phải làm xong trước khi rời khỏi công ty.
