Các hoạt động KTNB tại Dự án Nâng cấp đô thị vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long (MDRUUP) được chia thành 2 mảng: Hoạt động kiểm toán và Hoạt động tư vấn.
► Hoạt động kiểm toán – Kiểm tra một cách khách quan các bằng chứng nhằm mục đích cung cấp đánh giá độc lập đối với các quy trình hoạt động và quy trình kiểm soát xuyên suốt Dự án.
Hoạt động tư vấn – Tư vấn và các hoạt động khác theo tính chất và phạm vi đã được giao phó, nhằm làm tăng giá trị và cải thiện các quy trình. BQLDA có trách nhiệm xem xét ý kiến tư vấn và áp dụng cho phù hợp.

The works upgrade project at KTNB municipality in Mekong River Delta (MDRUUP) is split into 2 arrays: activity auditing and consulting activities.► Audit activities-an objective examination of evidence to provide an independent evaluation for operational processes and process control throughout the project.Counseling-Counseling and other activities according to the nature and scope has been entrusted, to increase value and improve the process. PMU is responsible for reviewing the Advisory opinion and apply accordingly.

Internal Audit Activities in Urban Upgrading Project in the Mekong River Delta (MDRUUP) is divided into two areas: audit activity and advisory activity.
► Audit Activity - Check with an objective of aims to provide certified independent assessment for the operational procedures and control processes throughout the project.
Activities Advisory - Consulting and other activities on the nature and scope have been entrusted, to add value and improve the process. PMU is responsible to consider the advice and apply accordingly.
