3. Sửa chữa những hư hỏng lớn do thiên tai gây ra như sập mái, đổ tường…. Đồng thời cũng đương nhiên được thụ hưởng lợi tức do bồi thường, đền bù cho những thiệt hại của ngôi nhà và các tài sản khác trên đất do bên thứ 3 gây ra.
4. Trường hợp muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng cho thuê nhà trước thời hạn đã ký phải thông báo cho bên B biết trước 30 ngày để cùng nhau thỏa thuận. Việc chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn chỉ có hiệu lực khi có sự chấp thuận của 2 bên bằng văn bản.
