Based on the survey data, table 4.8 shows only 89 satisfied customers and 19 customers feel very satisfied with the promotion that BigC. There are 179 people amounting to 45.9% feel normal, the customers are not satisfied up to 88 people accounted for 22.6% rate and very unhappy is 15 people. Thereby BigC should consider and promote the promotion and incentive privileges of customers up to higher levels.
