Thuế nhập khẩu MFN hiện được quy định đối với mặt hàng xe đầu kéo nguyên chiếc, mã hàng 8716.39.99 là 5%, bằng cam kết WTO; đối với mặt hàng xe sơ mi rơ-moóc, mã hàng 8716.39.99 là 20%, bằng cam kết WTO. Do vậy kiến nghị tăng thuế nhập khẩu xe đầu kéo nguyên chiếc từ 5% lên 20% và xe sơ mi rơ-moóc từ 20% lên 50% không phù hợp với cam kết WTO

So the recommendations increase the import tax of raw tractor units, from 5% to 20% and car trailers-trailer shirt from 20% to 50% is not consistent with WTO commitments
