• Xây dựng kho lưu trữ thông tin về các địa điểm đặc biệt tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Việt Nam để cung cấp thông tin một cách nhanh chóng cho khách hàng.
• Nâng cao thái độ, phong cách phục vụ của nhân viên đối với khách hàng.
• Dành riêng nhiều tòa nhà để phục vụ cho khách du lịch. Việc ra vào của khách du lịch dễ tạo cảm giác không an toàn đối với khách ngắn hạn và dài hạn.
