EUR giảm đồng nghĩa với USD mạnh lên, tương đối so với các ngoại tệ khác. Vấn đề này cùng với việc đồng nhân dân tệ suy yếu sẽ dẫn tới khả năng Ngân hàng Nhà nước (NHNN) phải có những thay đổi manh mẽ hơn trong điều hành tỷ giá.
