6.2 Đối với Bên Mua: Nếu thanh toán chậm so với thời gian quy định tại Điều 4, từ ngày thứ 03 (ba) trở đi, Bên Mua phải chịu phạt 0,5% (không phẩy năm phần trăm) trên tổng số dư nợ cho 01 (một) tuần thanh toán chậm.

6.2 with regard to the buyer: If slow payments than those prescribed in article 4, from Monday 03 (three) onwards, the buyer must bear the penalty 0.5% (not half a percent) on the total outstanding balance for 1 (one) week of slow payment.

6.2 For the Purchaser: If payment is delayed compared to the period specified in Article 4, from day three (03) onwards, the Purchaser shall be fined 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the total balance debt for 01 (one) week late payment.
