Sáng 22/11, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Văn Phương đã chủ trì buổi làm việc với đoàn công tác của Tổng Cục thủy lợi - Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn, Cơ quan hợp tác Quốc tế Nhật Bản (JICA) Tokyo và Việt Nam để thống nhất nội dung dự thảo văn kiện “Dự án vận hành hiệu quả hồ đập và kiểm soát lũ trong tình huống khẩn cấp bằng hệ thống Thông tin tổng hợp về phòng chống lũ” sử dụng nguồn vốn viện trợ (ODA) không hoàn lại của Chính phủ Nhật Bản.
