Năm 1992, bia Heineken được nhập trực tiếp từ Hà Lan vào Việt Nam. Chính sách đổi mới của nước ta đã mở ra nhiều cơ hội đầu tư và giúp cho các nhãn hàng hàng đầu thế giới đến với người tiêu dùng rộng rãi hơn. Trong xu thế đó, năm 1994, lần đầu tiên bia Heineken được công ty Vietnam Brewery Limited (VBL ) sản xuất ngay tại Việt Nam. Cho đến nay, Heineken đã xây dựng rất thành công hình ảnh bia cao cấp trong tâm trí người dân Việt và đã có một chỗ đứng vững chắc trên thị trường bia Việt Nam.

In the trend that, in 1994, the first beer company Heineken Vietnam Brewery Limited (VBL) produce right in Vietnam. To date, Heineken has built a very successful senior beer image in the minds of people and had a firm foothold on the Vietnam beer market.
