Các hạng mục công trình sau khi hoàn thành cần phải được nghiệm thu bàn giao theo đúng thủ tục. Khi bàn giao hạ tầng kỹ thuật trong khu công nghiệp cho khách hàng, phòng Dự án và các phòng ban có liên quan phải đảm bảo rằng các hạng mục được bàn giao đạt chất lượng và đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, đồng thời phải thu thập đầy đủ các giấy tờ cần thiết.
Phòng Dự án phải đảm bảo các hạng mục hạ tầng kỹ thuật trong khu công nghiệp không bị suy giảm chất lượng sau khi đưa vào khai thác và trước bàn giao cho khách hàng, bằng các hoạt động kiểm tra thường xuyên, bảo dưỡng định kỳ và sửa chữa khi cần thiết.
