Sau khi hoàn tất việc đo đạc, lập bản đồ thu hồi đất của dự án, Tổ chức làm nhiệm vụ bồi thường có trách nhiệm báo cáo, nộp hồ sơ tại Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường đề nghị xác định giá đất cụ thể để tính tiền bồi thường của dự án.

Trong thời hạn 45 (bốn mươi lăm) ngày, kể từ ngày tiếp nhận hồ sơ của Tổ chức làm nhiệm vụ bồi thường, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường có trách nhiệm tổ chức xác định giá đất, trình Hội đồng thẩm định giá đất cụ thể theo quy định tại khoản 3 Điều 114 Luật Đất đai 2013 và Điều 15, Điều 16 Nghị định số 44/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2014 của Chính phủ trước khi trình Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh quyết định.

After completing the measurement, mapping of land recovery project, the Organization in charge of compensation responsibility of reporting, filing at the Department of natural resources and the environment suggest that identify specific land price in order to calculate the amount of the compensation project.Within 45 (forty five) days from the date of receiving the profile of the Organization in charge of compensation, the Department of natural resources and environment is responsible for determining organization land prices, the Authority reviews the specific land as stipulated in paragraph 3 Article 114 of law on land 2013 and article 15 , Article 16 of Decree 44/2014/ND-CP on May 15, 2014 by the Government before the provincial people's Committee decision.

Within 45 (forty five) days from the date of receipt of the Organization in charge of compensation, Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for organizing the land valuation , the Council of specific land price evaluation in accordance with Clause 3, Article 114 of the Land Law 2013 and Article 15, Article 16 of Decree No. 44/2014 / ND-CP of May 15, 2014 by the Government before the Provincial People's Committee decision.
