Chúng toi đang tiến hành các công việc thi công tại công trường như đã thỏa thuận và đc sự đồng ý của chủ đầu tư.
_Đến nay để kịp thời thi công đạt tiến độ của dự án chúng tôi cần đặt hàng cũng như cần huy động tài chính từ các ngân hàng. Việc này chúng tôi rất cần hợp đồng kinh tế ký kết giua 2 bên, tuy nhiên đc biết Head office của BAO STEEL vẫn cần thêm thời gian để có bản HD.
Do vậy chúng tôi gửi bản thảo agreement kèm theo để xin đc ký kết tạm thay cho HD KT để làm thủ tục bảo lãnh và xin tạm ứng hợp đồng. Mong ông kiểm tra giúp đỡ cho chúng tôi.

_Den now for timely execution of the project to achieve progress we need to order as well as to mobilize finance from the banks. This we need economic agreement signed between two parties, but DC's office said Head STEEL CONTAINERS still need more time to get the HD.
So we sent the draft agreement attached to please DC signed HD KT to temporarily replace the procedures and applying the advance guarantee agreement. Hope that he checked help us.
