Căn cứ vào tình hình hiện nay về việc cơ quan thuế đóng mã số thuế của Công ty American và Pioneer tới nay cơ quan thuế vẫn chưa kích hoạt lại mã số thuế của 2 công ty này. Mặc dù Công ty đã gửi văn bản yêu cầu cơ quan thuế kích hoạt lại mã số thuế cho Công ty. Các công việc trong thời gian qua U&I đã thực hiện theo yêu cầu của các bộ thuế như sau:
- Ngày 27 tháng 04 năm 2016 Công ty đã làm công văn gửi Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp, để xác minh địa điểm kinh doanh của Công ty American và Pioneer.
- Ngày 04 tháng 05 năm 2016 Công ty gửi công văn đến cơ quan thuế yêu cầu kích hoạt lại mã số thuế của Công ty.
Mặc dù nhân viên U&I đã liên lạc với cán bộ thuế nhiều lần để yêu cầu cán bộ thuế kích hoạt lại mã số thuế cho Công ty nhưng vẫn không được và cán bộ thuế cứ hẹn.
Ngày 03 tháng 08 năm 2016 nhân viên chúng tôi tiếp tục đến cơ quan thuế gặp cán bộ thuế, để hối thúc cán bộ thuế kích hoạt lại mã số thuế Công ty thì nay họ báo phải xuống Công ty xác minh địa chỉ, xem Công ty đã có nhà xương, máy móc thiết bị chưa. Do Cô Carol không có ở Việt Nam, nên Cơ quan Thuế tư vấn Doanh nghiệp làm giấy ủy quyền.
Do đó nay chúng tôi làm giấy ủy quyền nhờ cô ký tên, đóng dấu và gửi cho chúng tôi trước ngày 15/08/2016, theo địa chỉ: (Lầu 3) Tòa nhà U&I, số 09 Ngô Gia Tự, Phường Chánh Nghĩa, TP. Thủ Dầu Một, Tỉnh Bình Dương, Việt Nam. Để chúng tôi giải trình với cán bộ cơ quan thuế khi họ xuống Công ty xác minh địa chỉ.
