Quyết định của toà án là cuối cùng mà các bên phải thi hành. Phí tòa án sẽ do bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán. Hợp đồng này được lập thành 4 bản, mỗi bên giữ 2 bản có giá trị như nhau
