Hồ sơ chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật dự án “Cải tạo và tăng cường công suất trạm Phú Hòa Đông” được lập trên cơ sở :
- Hợp đồng số 21/HĐTV-KH ngày 30/6/2010 được ký kết giữa Công ty Cổ Phần Tư Vấn Xây Dựng Điện Lực Tp.HCM và Ban Quản Lý Dự Án Lưới Điện TP.HCM.
- Căn cứ Nghị định số: 15/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 06/02/2013 của Chính phủ về việc quản lý chất l¬ượng công trình xây dựng.
- Các quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật áp dụng cho công trình.
- Các tiêu chuẩn, quy định, quy phạm, nghị định hiện hành.
- Chỉ dẫn của nhà sản xuất vật tư, thiết bị.
- Điều kiện tự nhiên nơi xây dựng công trình.

Profile technical guidance project "Improving and strengthening the capacity of Phu Hoa Dong Station" was established on the basis of:
- Contract No. 21 / HDTV-KH dated 30/6/2010 was concluded between JSC Electric Power Engineering Consulting and Management HCM Grid City Project.
- Pursuant to Decree No 15/2013 / ND-CP dated 02/06/2013 of the Government Minister on the management of construction l¬uong.
