Tất cả các chi phí phát sinh từ việc giải quyết tranh chấp tại Tòa án theo Điều 9.2 bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn về án phí, chi phí luật sư, chi phí đi lại sẽ do Bên thua kiện chi trả.

All costs arising from the resolution of the dispute in court under article 9.2 including but not limited to attorney fees, court fees, cost of travel will do the party lose pay.

All costs arising from the settlement of disputes in accordance with Article 9.2 Courts including but not limited to court costs, attorneys' fees, travel expenses will be paid by the losing party.
