Mỗi Bên sẽ tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với mọi khoản thuế, phí và lệ phí phát sinh từ việc thực hiện Giao Dịch và thực hiện thanh toán Giá Chuyển Nhượng theo quy định của Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng.
