Phòng nông nghiệp và trạm khuyến nông huyện đã phối hợp với tổ chức GTV tiến hành khảo sát thực tế đối với 70 hộ dân có hoàn cảnh và điều kiện kinh tế đặc biệt khó khăn tại hai thôn của xã An Lạc ( Thôn Thác và thôn Đồng Khao) để từ đó có kế hoạch tư vấn, tập huấn kỹ thuật hợp lý cho những hộ này có được một lượng kiến thức và kinh nghiệm sản xuất nhất định để áp dụng vào thực tiễn sản xuất nông nghiệp, nâng cao thu nhập cho người dân tham gia mô hình từ đó nhân ra diện rộng, từng bước xóa đói giảm nghèo cho các hộ dân nghèo, hộ có hoàn cảnh đặc biệt khó khăn trên địa bàn toàn xã An Lạc nói riêng và trong toàn huyện nói chung.
