ĐIỀU 3: TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ CỦA CÁC BÊN
1. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN A
- Có trách nhiệm đồng hành cùng Bên B để thực hiện công việc và ký kết các chứng từ, giấy tờ liên quan đến Dự án White Sand theo từng giai đoạn.
- Cùng Bên B đi gặp nhà đầu tư khi bên nguồn góp vốn và đầu tư có yêu cầu.
- Không uỷ quyền cho một đơn vị nào khác ngoài Bên B để thực hiện các công việc trên.
- Khi Bên B đã hoàn tất việc kêu gọi đầu tư – nhà đầu tư đã đồng ý đầu tư hoặc tài trợ mà Bên A không thực hiện – Bên A sẽ bồi thường cho Bên B một khoản chi phí (sẽ bổ sung Phụ lục Hợp đồng).
2. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ CỦA BÊN B
- Cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ các điều kiện được uỷ quyền một cách nghiêm túc và chịu trách nhiệm trước Bên A về các công việc đã được giao.
- Báo cáo cho Bên A tiến độ công việc theo từng giai đoạn đang thực hiện.
- Không được phép bàn giao hồ sơ cho Bên thứ 3 khi chưa được sự chấp thuận của Bên A.

ĐIỀU 4: CAM KẾT CỦA HAI BÊN
Bên A và Bên B chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về những lời cam kết sau đây:
1. Những thông tin cung cấp để phù hợp với công việc là đúng sự thật.
2. Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các thoả thuận ghi trong Hợp đồng này.

- Not allowed to hand over the dossier to the 3rd party without the consent of Party A. ARTICLE 4: COMMITMENTS OF PARTIES Party A and Party B is responsible before law the following pledge: 1.
