Về môi trường làm việc: Hầu hết đều đánh giá chưa tốt về điều kiện và môi trường làm việc, phụ lục 3.18 cho thấy cụ thể như: nhân viên chưa thật sự hài lòng về môi trường làm việc ở công ty, có 29.67% người không đồng tình về việc này, một số ý kiến cho rằng việc này xuất phát từ cơ chế, chính sách tại các cơ quan nhà nước, với những kết quả nhận được như trên chứng tỏ Công ty có môi trường làm việc chưa tốt, chưa thể tạo không khí vui vẻ từ đó thúc đẩy nhân viên phát huy năng lực. Các nhà quản trị cần xem lại các chính sách và có biện pháp cải cách môi trường làm việc nhằm phát huy năng lực của nhân viên phục vụ cho công việc chung.
