Nhà bán lẻ chỉ được bán nguyên hàng hóa do người ủy quyền cung cấp, không được thay đổi, chỉnh sửa sản phẩm theo bất cứ hình thức nào, người ủy quyền có thể kiểm tra mặt bằng kinh doanh của nhà bán lẻ để xác nhận nhà bán lẻ có sự thay đổi hàng hóa hay không và kiểm tra nhà bán lẻ có tuân thủ quy định sử dụng nhã hiệu CUBE hay không, nhưng người ủy quyền phải thông báo cho nhà bán lẻ trước khi tiến hành kiểm tra.

Retailers only sold raw goods by people authorized to offer, not to change, modify the product in any way, the authorized person may inspect business premises of retailers to confirm change of retailers of goods or not and check the retailers comply with prescribed use the CUBE effect or not elegant but the authorized users must notify the retailer before proceeding with the test.
