Giới thiệu, kết hợp và điều chỉnh thang đo Phong cách lãnh đạo mới về chất với thang đo Sự thoả mãn và Lòng trung thành của nhân viên vào điều kiện Việt Nam.
- Đóng góp về mặt thực tiễn
Nghiên cứu đo lường tác động của phong cách lãnh đạo mới về chất đến mức độ thỏa mãn và lòng trung thành của nhân viên đối với tổ chức trong phạm vi các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Nghiên cứu sẽ là cơ sở khoa học và khách quan giúp cho các nhà quản trị quan tâm hơn đến nhân viên và các tác động của phong cách lãnh đạo đến sự thỏa mãn và lòng trung thành của nhân viên.
