Nếu không có quy định nào khác của Tập đoàn và pháp luật thì thời hạn giải quyết công việc như sau:
 Trường hợp hồ sơ không đầy đủ phải trả lời trực tiếp hoặc bằng văn bản trong tối đa 2 ngày làm việc
 Thời gian hướng dẫn hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ: không quá 2 ngày làm việc
 Xử lý công việc trình cấp trên trực tiếp trong vòng không quá 3 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hoàn chỉnh
 Trong trường hợp được yêu cầu xử lý gấp của cơ quan chức năng hoặc cấp trên thì cố gắng xử lý ngay trong ngày làm việc
