Nhà Thầu phải chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động thi công xây lắp của mình trên công trường, và phải phối hợp các hoạt động của mình với các hoạt động khác của Nhà thầu khác ở phạm vi(nếu có) được nêu rõ trong hồ sơ mời thầu (hồ sơ yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư).
