Vì lý do trong trường hợp không thay đổi được chiều sâu thi công SCP thì máy số 2 hiện tại cũng không thể thay búa 150KW theo như yêu cầu của BĐH được, trong trường hợp có thể rút ngắn được chiều sâu SCP thì máy số 1 và số 3 có thể thi công được và máy số 1 có thể kết thúc vùng SD ở lý trình Km15 trong vòng 5 ngày.

Do đó FCC đề xuất được rút máy số 2 sớm vì lý do kỹ thuật và kinh tế.

FCC rất mong nhận được sự chấp thuận của anh và BĐH.
