Hợp đồng này chấm dứt hiệu lực ngay

Hợp đồng này chấm dứt hiệu lực ngay bằng văn bản thông báo của một Bên trong những trường hợp sau:
a) Một Bên gửi thông báo, nếu Bên còn lại vi phạm bất kỳ điều khoản cơ bản nào của Hợp đồng và nếu vi phạm đó có thể được khắc phục, nhưng không được khắc phục bởi Bên vi phạm trong vòng sáu mươi (60) ngày sau ngày một Bên gửi văn bản yêu cầu khác phục vi phạm đó.
