 Thành phần tham gia:
 Thành viên các nhóm AM đã vượt qua AM bước 1, chuẩn bị triển khai AM bước 2. Bao gồm các nhóm trưởng và toàn bộ thành viên.
 Trưởng nhóm PM khu vực chuẩn bị làm AM bước 2 => Nhằm mục đích nhận biết, thảo luận các hạng mục công việc PM phải hỗ trợ AM trong AM bước 2.
 Người chịu trách nhiệm triển khai TPM tại Outspan.
 Người chịu trách nhiệm triển khai Chương trình AM của Outspan
 Quản lý Sản xuất khu vực chuẩn bị thực hiện AM bước 2 => Nhằm nhận biết/thảo luận về cách triển khai AM bước 2 như thế nào cho phù hợp nhất với từng khu vực, ảnh hưởng ít nhất đến nhu cầu kinh danh của Outspan.
 Buổi chiều: Rà soát thực tế các nhóm về: Duy trì AM bước 1
