Cá nhân được giao nhiệm vụ soạn thả

Cá nhân được giao nhiệm vụ soạn thảo hoặc sửa đổi tài liệu sau khi làm xong sẽ chuyển cho Trưởng bộ phận để kiểm tra kết quả thực hiện, nội dung và hình thức trình bày của tài liệu. Nếu tài liệu được đánh giá là không đạt thì chuyển trả về cho người được phân công, yêu cầu thực hiện lại việc soạn thảo hoặc sửa đổi tài liệu. Trường hợp đồng ý thì trình lên Tổng Giám đốc phê duyệt.
Tổng Giám đốc xem xét, nếu chưa đồng ý thì ghi ý kiến yêu cầu cá nhân hoặc đơn vị được phân công thực hiện lại, nếu đồng ý thì ký duyệt cho phép ban hành và áp dụng tài liệu.

Results (English) 2:

Individuals tasked to draft or amend the document after the completion will move to the head of department to examine the results of implementation, the content and form of presentation of the document. If the document is considered not up to the switch returns to the assigned and required to retake the drafting or amending the document. Where consent is submitted to the Director General for approval.
CEO consider, if not agree, write opinions or personal requirements assigned units implemented, if agreed, the committee approves permit and applicable documents.
