3.1 So sánh tính kinh tế giữa trồng cây Moringa và một số cây đang triển khai trồng tại tỉnh Phú Yên.
- Cây Keo lá Chàm: Cây keo lá chàm có tuổi thu hoạch khoảng 4 -5 năm. Và sản lượng khai thác là 100 tấn/1ha. Ước giá theo thị trường hiện tại một ha sẽ thu nhập được khoảng: 60.000.000 VNĐ/năm.
- Cây Cao su: Cây cao su có tuổi thu hoạch khoảng 5 năm: Sản lượng thu được khoảng 1,14 tấn/1ha/năm. Giá trị thu nhập bình quân khoảng 11.000.000 VNĐ/ha/năm
- Cây Sắn, Ngô và các loại Nông sản khác: Ước tính giá trị thu hoạch khoảng 4.000.000VNĐ/sào/năm tương đương khoảng 111.000.000 VNĐ/1ha/năm.
So sánh với trồng cây Chùm ngây.
* Thị trường trong nước.
Nếu tính việc trồng để lấy lá, kỹ thuật trồng sẽ là: 1,5m x 1,5m/cây. Tức là 1ha sẽ trồng được khoảng 4.450 cây. Mỗi năm thu hái trung bình là 6 lần (30 – 45 ngày một chu kỳ thu hái lá).
Thu hái kỳ đầu tiên: mỗi cây thu hái 1 lần được khoảng 0,2 – 0,5 kg. Vậy tổng sản lượng lá thu được trong 1 ha trên 01 năm sẽ là: 8000kg (8 tấn/1ha).
Thu hái kỳ thứ 2: mỗi cây thu hái 1 lần được khoảng 0,6 – 1 kg. Vậy tổng sản lượng lá thu được trong 1 ha trên 01 năm sẽ là: 27.000kg (27 tấn/1ha)
Thu hái kỳ thứ 3 và các kỳ ổn định tiếp theo: mỗi cây thu hái 1 lần được khoảng 1,o – 1,5 kg. Vậy tổng sản lượng lá thu được trong 1 ha trên 01 năm sẽ là: 30.000kg – 36.000kg (36 tấn/1ha).
Hiện nay, cây Chùm ngây được bán ở trong nước dưới nhiều công dụng khác nhau như: Làm rau ăn, làm dược liệu, làm trà thanh nhiệt, thực phẩm chức năng và được tiêu thụ trên toàn quốc với giá bán lẻ từ 70.000 – 100.000đ/1 kg.
Giá thu mua số lượng lớn cho nguyên liệu nhà máy sẽ được tính khoảng 30.000VND/1kg.
Vậy tổng doanh thu về lá cho 1ha cây Moringa sẽ là:
30.000 kg/ha x 30.000đ/1kg = 900.000.000 VNĐ/1 ha
* Khả năng xuất khẩu.
Hiện tại, cây chùm ngây được thị trường thế giới rất ưa chuộng và đang có nhu cầu nhập khẩu rất lớn như: Ấn Độ, Đức, Đan Mạch, Thụy Điển, Mỹ v.v...
Hiện tại Công ty đang có đơn hàng xuất khẩu sang Thái Lan và Mỹ . Sản phẩm xuất khẩu dưới dạng Thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm hoặc nguyện liệu thô, và với số lượng không hạn chế.
Doanh thu do xuất khẩu còn lớn hơn nhiều so với doanh thu bán nội địa.
