Điều 7: Nếu làm hư hỏng tài sản, vật dụng, … của Công Ty (Bên A) hay chủ đầu tư (nếu có) thì ngoài việc bồi thường đúng nguyên trạng, thì nhà thầu còn bị phạt 500.000 Đồng/trường hợp.
