Trong bất kỳ doanh nghiệp nào, công tác phân tích tài chính luôn đóng vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng đối với các nhà quản trị tài chính và nó đã trở thành công cụ hữu hiệu cho các nhà quản lý của doanh nghiệp. Thông qua quá trình phân tích tài chính, giám đốc doanh nghiệp nắm bắt được thực trạng tình hình hoạt động của doanh nghiệp trong kỳ, từ đó rút ra kinh nghiệm quản lý và làm cơ sở cho việc ra các quyết định tài chính đúng đắn. Do vậy, hoạt động phân tích tài chính là vô cùng cần thiết cho mọi doanh nghiệp.
Qua thời gian nghiên cứu, thực tập tại Công ty Cổ phần Sông Đà 7.04 em đã tìm hiểu nguyên nhân của những hạn chế trong hoạt động phân tích và đưa ra một số giải pháp. Mặc dù với sự cố gắng nỗ lực của bản thân nhưng do thời gian thực tập có hạn và sự hạn chế về kinh nghiệm cũng như kiến thức nên những giải pháp em đề xuất nhằm nâng cao chất luợng công tác phân tích tài chính tại công ty chưa hẳn phù hợp và mang lại hiệu quả tối ưu. Vì vậy, em rất mong được sự đóng góp của thầy, cô giáo để em có thể hoàn thiện hơn nữa đề tài nghiên cứu của mình.
Sau cùng, em xin cảm ơn các thầy, cô giáo và ban lãnh đạo công ty, các anh chị làm việc tại phòng Tài chính-Kế toán của Công ty Cổ phần Sông Đà 7.04 đã giúp đỡ em tận tình trong thời gian em thực tập và hoàn thành bài báo cáo này.

In spite of the efforts of ourselves but due to time limitations and the limitations of experience as well as knowledge should the solutions you propose in order to improve the quality of financial analysis work at companies not fit and optimal efficiency. So I'm looking forward to the contributions of the master, her teacher so I can perfect his research.

In any enterprise, the financial analysis has played a particularly important role for financial managers, and it has become an effective tool for the management of the business. Through financial analysis, business director grasp the real situation of the business activities in the period from which to draw experience and management as a basis for making sound financial decisions . Therefore, financial analysis activities is essential for all businesses.
Through the study period, interns at JSC Song Da 7.04 I had to learn the cause of the limitations in the analysis and offer some solutions. Despite the effort of itself but because of limited practice time and the limited experience and knowledge to the solution I propose to enhance the quality of financial analysis at the company is not necessarily appropriate and optimal efficiency. So I look forward to the contribution of the teacher so I can further improve my research.
Lastly, I would like to thank the teacher and company leaders, the brothers and sisters working in the Finance and Accounting Department of JSC Song Da 7.04 enthusiastically helped me during my internship and complete this report.
