- Nghiên cứu những lý luận cơ bản về hợp tác quốc tế, trong đó, làm rõ các khái niệm, đặc điểm, hình thức và tầm quan trọng của quá trình hợp tác quốc tế đối với việc quản lý nhà nước.
- Nghiên cứu những tình hình chung về điều kiện tự nhiên, kinh tế - xã hội của Lào đã có tầm ánh hưởng đối với hợp tác quốc tế.
- Nghiên cứu những tình trạng quan hệ hợp tác giữa Lào với các nước trong khu vực và trên thế giới trong giai đoạn hiện nay, trong đó phân tích, đánh giá cụ thể những kết quả đạt được và những khó khăn tồn tại cần tiếp tục giải quyết trong thời gian tới.
- Phân tích các cơ chế chính sách quan lý nhà nước về quan hệ hợp tác quốc tế của Lào như: chính sách về chính trị, kinh tế, văn hóa, xã hội, khoa học công nghệ, an ninh quốc phòng và một số chính sách khác.
- Nghiên cứu và phân tích các cơ chế chính sách quan hệ hợp tác quốc tế của một số nước lân cận, nhằm rút ra những bài học kinh nghiệm cho nước CHDCND Lào.
- Từ đó đưa ra những quan điểm, phương hướng và giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện cơ chế chính sách quản lý nhà nước về quan hệ hợp tác quốc tế của Lào trong thời gian tới.

Results (English) 1:
