Từ khi bắt đầu triển khai đến nay, Hội Từ Thiện Giao điểm đã giúp cho hàng nghìn trẻ em cải thiện tình trạng sức khỏe, giúp điều trị và phòng chống suy dinh dưỡng thông qua 3 bước cơ bản sau: Tăng cường dinh dưỡng, giáo dục và cải thiện cơ sở vật chất.
