Bất kỳ việc khiếu kiện, tranh chấp

Bất kỳ việc khiếu kiện, tranh chấp nào xảy ra trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp Đồng này phải được thông báo cho Bên còn lại bằng văn bản. Hai bên sẽ thương thảo để giải quyết tranh chấp. Trường hợp tranh chấp không được hòa giải, thì hai bên sẽ chỉ định phía thứ ba để làm trọng tài hòa giải. Nếu trọng tài hòa giải vẫn không giải quyết được tranh chấp của hai bên thì có thể đưa vấn đề tranh chấp ra giải quyết tại Trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế Việt Nam, tại Phòng thương mại và công nghiệp Việt Nam ở Hà Nội. Phán quyết của trọng tài là phân xử cuối cùng và chi phí phân xử sẽ do bên thua kiện chịu.

Any grievance, dispute occurred in the process of implementing this Contract must be notified to the remaining Party in writing. The two parties will negotiate to resolve the dispute. The case of disputes are not settled, the two sides will appoint the third arbitrator to do reconciliation. If arbitration mediation still doesn't resolve the dispute of the two parties can put the problem out disputes resolved in Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, at the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Vietnam in Hanoi. The arbitration decision is final and arbitration costs will do the party lose.

Any claims or disputes occurring in the process of implementing this Agreement shall be notified to the rest in writing. The two sides will negotiate to resolve the dispute. Where the dispute can not be reconciled, the two parties shall appoint the third arbitrator as mediator. If arbitration mediation does not resolve the dispute of the two parties may refer the matter to dispute settlement in international arbitration center in Vietnam, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam in Hanoi. The judgment of the referee is final adjudication and arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.
